Cal-Co offers a limited lifetime warranty on residential concrete floor coatings against material or installation defects.  If a material or installation defect is determined by the product manufacturer or installer, we will replace or repair the defective coating area at no charge to the original purchaser.  Some exclusions apply that are beyond our control due to the nature of concrete and the fluctuating temperature in our area.

Concrete cracks (new or repaired), movement of concrete that separates the coatings, hydrostatic water pressure, mineral deposits, floor abuse (including heavy objects being dropped or slid, chemical or heat exposure), are not covered by our limited lifetime warranty.  Any qualified repairs or warranty claims must be performed by our team, and a refund or payment to another company to repair any floor will not be allowed.

We take pride in our work and our attention to detail shows through on every floor.  With proper care for a finished floor, your concrete coatings can last a lifetime.  Keep in mind, we are installing a decorative finished floor and regular maintenance and cleaning is a must to maintain the appearance and durability.  Standing water or snow on any finished floor can be a slip hazard.  Cal-Co implies no responsibility or liability for hazards or accidents that may occur on a finished floor.  Please feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions or concerns.
